Patinated Ponies

This is a good Friday (blasphemous? maybe)
We’re talking about sodomy in Con Law. Since I’m also taking a class on Criminal Law and the Regulation of Vice, I have some smart ways to say what I ultimately think about Scalia’s dissent in Lawrence v. Texas (mainly, that he’s an idiot, and very very wrong about his slippery slope argument w/r/t morals legislation).
Also, I made Peep-shi (sushi-style confections made with fruit-by-the-foot, rice krispy treats, and Peeps), and I’m bringing them to class.
My outlines are coming along swimmingly. I feel more prepared for this set of exams.
I’m going home for a mini-break on Sunday to eat food and spend time with the fam, which will energize me to finish the weekend strong.
I’m not letting fear get in my way this exam season. Worrying will be a completely unproductive use of my time, which is quickly waning.
