"Patina" is my favorite word, and I, um, really like ponies. I might be five, I might be twenty.

A Production Blog: LPar: On Regret

I so regret an encounter 2 weeks ago. So regret it. So much. And I hate regret.

I remember telling my mom, when I was younger, elementary school aged, that I felt like I missed out on fun things that my friends did because I was afraid we’d get in trouble for it. She told me not to worry so much.

I’ve felt the exact same way. While I myself have no Catholic guilt, my dad has plenty for us both, and it’s definitely rubbed off on me.

And while my situation isn’t the same as yours, this semester has taught me this:

I would rather regret something that I did than something that I didn’t. Saying yes is so much more difficult, and so much  more rewarding, than saying no.
